Telephone and remote network support


KDKinotec provide full telephone support for cinemas as well as remote support for each package we offer. Our networking system alerts us to issues with your equipment in some cases before you know there is a problem. Our experienced team will allocate a priority based on the urgency and liase with suppliers to arrange parts and one of our engineers to attend in a timely manner. We are also open to Whatsapp channels and other preferred chat applications to provide quick responses to your questions and problems.



Digital, 35mm and 70mm projection


KDKinotec engineers started in cinema working with actual film projectors, we have experience of running repair and maintenance of a variety of projector types and we can provide original replacement parts where needed.

We can cover shows using any film or digital projector and line up the sound equipment that comes with it


Maintenance and Health Checks


We offer several options for SLA levels and endeavour to provide 2 visits per year for maintenance and health checks. Our health checks are thorough and involve checks and cleans of equipment if required between full maintenance visits. We also provide advice on findings and preventative action  that can be taken to extend the life of the equipment. We also offer operator training of new staff during our health checks. Think of us as an extension of your inhouse technical team.
